The product problem.
Marketplace users needed straightforward commerce flows plus back-office order management to keep trading efficient.
The decision
Refactor while shipping so the product could keep evolving without making the marketplace harder to maintain.
The hard part
Marketplace changes had to support both buyer and dealer workflows cleanly, which made even simple features more interconnected.

Frontend feature delivery, backend API work, and codebase refactoring.
Built new pages and components across buyer and dealer experiences.
Added backend APIs to support booking and order workflows.
Refactored older parts of the codebase to improve maintainability.
What changed.
Improved maintainability and added new commerce functionality for both buyers and dealers.
Expanded the marketplace without making the system harder to evolve.
Supported both trading and back-office operations more cleanly.
