The product problem.
Factory workers needed a simple way to manage daily tasks, track progress, and coordinate routine operations without extra friction.
The decision
Keep the interface simple and task-oriented so workers could complete routine actions quickly in operational settings.
The hard part
Operational software has to stay clear under repetitive, time-sensitive use instead of leaning on feature-heavy interfaces.
